Our Registration & Hospitality Desk will run two windows of operations during each of the main Gala days, as well as throughout the Farewell Breakfast - and will be open during approx. the following times:

The reg desk will operate only during the above time windows. Our friendly volunteers will be there to:
No problem! If you’re unable to visit the Registration Desk ahead of any main event, we will have event check-in stations at each main evening event where you can collect everything you need, as well as get drink tickets and anything else provided for each evening's event.
