Conestoga College School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts/ Bloom Restaurant
Conestoga’s School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts is a leader in culinary and hospitality programming that prepares students for successful careers in Canada’s dynamic tourism industry.
Located at their Waterloo campus, Bloom Restaurant is an interactive live classroom restaurant where students are given the opportunity to practice a high level of service to paying guests. The experience is real and exciting for both students and guests.

*Please note that the Hampton Inn & Suites is our official “host hotel” for the weekend, but the AGM and LMI Board Meetings will occur on Friday afternoon at the Homewood Suites.
Oktoberfest at Concordia Club – Canada’s Bavarian Celebration
