Registration for the LMWR 2026 Gala & AGM

 

Registration includes:


  • Friday Night Oktoberfest 'Willkommen' Event at Concordia Club, Kitchener (incl. transportation to and from host hotel)
  • Saturday Night Gala Reception & Banquet Dinner at the Cambridge Hotel (incl. transportation to and from host hotel)
  • Sunday Morning Farewell Breakfast at our host hotel – Hampton Inn & Suites, Waterloo


While the Thursday Night Welcome Cocktail Event @ Conestoga College & Bloom Restaurant is optional, attendance is highly encouraged. The additional cost is available at an 'early-bird' sale price of $100.00 CDN//$75.00 USD per person and can be paid via the same payment methods listed below.


Please be sure to note the total price of your registration and optional event sign-ups via the registration site below before continuing to payment via eTransfer or PayPal. We request that one payment be made for all registrants and events via either method. Thank you.
