The Early Bird Welcome Cocktail Evening and Tour of Conestoga College’s School of Hospitality and Culinary arts on Thurs, June 25 th is an optional event, but not one you want to miss! Enjoy an evening of fine food & drink at the college’s teaching restaurant ‘Bloom’ where we will be hosting a trio of celebrated chefs that have cooked with our chapter over the years –

Chefs Arielle Neils, Denis Hernandez and Destiny Moser – providing a spread of Trinidadian/Tobagon, El Salvadoran and Indigienous Canadian fare to delight the senses and reveal new horizons of flavour!
